I have a universal remus rev 3 muffler that i want to put on my 325i but the problem is that its a single inlet muffler while stock is obviously the dual inlet muffler/piping. I also wanted to delete the resonator. So my question is can i replace the resonator with an x pipe while running the stock dual pipes into a y pipe into the single inlet muffler without any loss of power or emissions issues? I really dont care or believe im getting any power gains by this so that doesnt matter but i definitely dont want to lose anything from my beastly 190 or so HP beamer haha..i just want that remus sound back without any losses. Would this setup work??
