Trouble Replacing Rotor Under Cap

Hi Guys,



I'm doing a tune up and yanked the Cap, but now I can't seem to get the Rotor out with the 3mm allen wrench. My wrench fits my new rotor screws fine, but not the ones on the car???



Anyone have any advice, ideas, tools I can buy to do the trick? :help
