Smoked euro smiley's

I'm about to get a set of smoked euro smiley's and have the hella smoked tails corners etc. I was wondering if anybody has any experience with this set up and can recommend what the best and brightest bulbs to get. I assume headlights, city lights etc. I'm not sure what the sizes are I think the headlights are H1. Do I need color tail bulbs? I'm in Afghanistan and don't have access to look at it until I get home to Texas.
